Soya Beans. Must Know..

Here in this article i let u know the benefits of the king of protein "The Soya Beans".


  • Soybeans are an important global crop, providing oil and protein
  • Recent studies have shown improvement in cognitive function, particularly verbal memory, and in frontal lobe function with the use of soy supplements.
  • Its value is not known to many, If taken twice a week it can help prevents heart ailments, certain types of cancer, prevents blood clotting.

How to prepare:-

Caution:-

  • Although soya bean is important food there are things one be cautious
  • Soya bean causes diarrhoea, vomit senation (nausea) and extreme stomach pain if eaten raw.
  • Eating it by just soaking in water for hours, can be extremely dangerous may lead to sudden death if consumed in large amount.
  • It is necessary to atleast boil the bean so gets converted to consumable protein.
  • If consumed raw, drink plenty of water, lime juice and do exercise to lessen stomach pain
  • Soy can also trigger symptoms via food intolerance, a situation where no allergic mechanism can be proven. One scenario is seen in very young infants who have vomiting and diarrhoea when fed soy-based formula, which resolves when the formula is withdrawn.

I personally recommend people to consume this bean atleast once a week to lead a healthy life.
